Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Effective Date: September 7, 2025
This Refunds & Cancellations Policy ("Policy") governs the rights and obligations of customers ("You," "Your," or "User") and Safariblocks Ltd, the operator of the Jasiri platform ("Company," "We," "Our," or "Us"), with respect to subscription payments, cancellations, and refund eligibility. By subscribing to or using the Jasiri platform and related services, You acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1. General Policy
1.1. All fees and charges paid to Safariblocks Ltd for the use of Jasiri are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly provided in this Policy or where required by applicable law.
1.2. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing cycle (monthly, annually, or otherwise) and are due and payable immediately upon initiation of the subscription.
2. Free Plan
2.1. Jasiri offers a Free Plan that provides Users with limited access to certain features of the platform at no cost.
2.2. The Free Plan is intended to allow Users to evaluate and experience Jasiri before committing to a paid subscription.
2.3. Safariblocks Ltd may modify, limit, or discontinue the Free Plan at any time without prior notice.
2.4. Upgrades from the Free Plan to a paid subscription are billed immediately at the applicable rate.
3. Cancellations
3.1. Users may cancel their paid subscription at any time by logging into their Jasiri account and initiating a cancellation request through the designated account settings.
3.2. Cancellation requests shall take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
3.3. No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made prior to the end of a billing cycle.
3.4. Users who cancel a paid subscription may continue using the Jasiri Free Plan (if available).
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1. Refunds will only be issued under the following limited circumstances:
4.1.1. A duplicate payment was processed by Safariblocks Ltd due to a billing system error.
4.1.2. A payment was successfully made, but the corresponding Jasiri service (e.g., subscription activation or transaction processing) failed due to a system error attributable to Safariblocks Ltd.
4.1.3. Refunds are mandated under applicable consumer protection or financial services laws within the User's jurisdiction.
4.2. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to celestino@unlockwithjsr.com within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed charge.
4.3. Safariblocks Ltd reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 4.
5. Service Credits
5.1. In lieu of issuing a monetary refund, Safariblocks Ltd may, at its discretion, provide service credits to the User's Jasiri account.
5.2. Service credits may be applied to future subscription fees or transactions on the Jasiri platform but have no cash value and are not transferable.
5.3. Service credits expire twelve (12) months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing by Safariblocks Ltd.
6. Chargebacks
6.1. Users agree not to initiate chargeback proceedings with their payment provider without first contacting Jasiri Support to resolve the issue.
6.2. Any chargebacks initiated in violation of this Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the User's Jasiri account.
7. Modifications
7.1. Safariblocks Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time.
7.2. Continued use of Jasiri after the effective date of such amendments constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Policy.
